  • 🍬 100 g sugar
  • 🍫 120 g dark baking chocolate
  • 🧈 120 g butter
  • 🌾 60 g flour
  • 🌰 80 g hazelnuts, shelled and roughly chopped
  • 🌟 1 teaspoon baking powder

For the Ganache:

  • 🥛 20 cl heavy cream
  • 🍫 160 g dark (or milk) baking chocolate
  • 🧈 10 g butter

📋 Directions:

  1. 🔥 Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C).
  2. 🍫 Melt Chocolate and Butter:
    • Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt it with the butter in the microwave or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  3. 🥚 Prepare the Batter:
    • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
    • Add the melted chocolate mixture, then sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
    • Fold in the roughly chopped hazelnuts.
  4. 🧁 Bake the Bites:
    • Pour the batter into a silicone mold or greased baking molds.
    • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until set. Let the bites cool completely before removing them from the molds.
  5. 🍮 Make the Ganache:
    • Finely chop the chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
    • Heat the cream until it reaches a boil, then pour it over the chocolate. Stir until smooth.
    • Add the butter and mix until the ganache is silky. Let it cool for at least 2 hours.
  6. Decorate and Serve:
    • Transfer the ganache into a piping bag and pipe it onto the cooled chocolate bites.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy these indulgent treats!
