  • 🥛 20cl heavy cream
  • 🥛 8cl milk
  • 🥚 1 egg

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
    • Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 15 minutes, using pie weights or dried beans to prevent it from puffing up.
  2. Make the Chocolate Filling:
    • Break the 🍫 chocolate into pieces and place it in the Thermomix bowl with the 🥛 heavy cream.
    • Set to 4 minutes, 60°C, speed 1, until smooth.
    • Add the 🥚 egg and mix for 1 minute, speed 4.
  3. Assemble and Bake:
    • Pour the chocolate mixture into the pre-baked tart shell.
    • Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  4. Cool and Serve:
