  3. ๐Ÿฅš Make the Cream: In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until the mixture becomes pale and creamy. Fold in the mascarpone until smooth.
  4. ๐Ÿฅš Beat the Egg Whites: In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whites into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. ๐Ÿ“ Assemble the Tiramisu: Spoon the mascarpone cream into the verrines on top of the raspberry layer. Smooth the surface and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
