📋 Directions:
Poach the Peaches:
Bring 25cl of water and the 🍬 granulated sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
Add the peeled and halved 🍑 peaches and poach gently over low heat for 5 minutes.
Let the peaches cool slightly, then drain and set aside.
Prepare the Raspberry Sauce:
In a blender, purée the 🍓 raspberries with the 🍋 lemon juice and 🍬 powdered sugar until smooth.
Strain the sauce through a fine sieve to remove the seeds, then stir in the 🍹 kirsch.
