  • 🥛 250g heavy cream
  • 🍬 100g granulated sugar
  • 🥚 6 egg yolks
  • 🍬 1 packet of vanilla sugar

    • Add all ingredients, except the heavy cream, into the Thermomix bowl.
    • Set to 6 minutes, 80°C (176°F), speed 3.
  2. Incorporate the Cream:
    • Add the 🥛 heavy cream and mix for 7 seconds, speed 5.
  3. Chill and Freeze:
    • Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator. Pour it into ice cube trays and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  4. Blend the Ice Cream:
    • Transfer the frozen cubes into the Thermomix bowl. Blend for 1 minute, speed 6, using the spatula to assist.
  5. Serve Immediately:
