  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2
  • 🍓 Fresh strawberries – for topping

📋 Directions:

  1. 🔥 Preheat oven: Set to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. 🍪 Prepare crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. 🥄 Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
