๐ Directions:
- ๐ฅ Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 170ยฐC (340ยฐF). Soak the raisins and cranberries in warm water for 10 minutes.
- ๐ฏ Prepare Syrup: In a small saucepan, heat half of the honey with the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water until dissolved.
- ๐พ Mix Granola Base: In a large bowl, combine the oats, mixed nuts, and drained dried fruits. Add the sugar syrup, apple compote, and oil. Stir until well coated.
- ๐ง Bake: Spread the granola mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool completely before breaking into chunks.
- ๐ฅ Prepare Yogurt: Whisk the remaining honey into the Greek yogurt until smooth.
- ๐ Assemble: In serving bowls or glasses, layer the yogurt with the granola chunks and pomegranate seeds.
