Ingredients:

- 12 sheets of brik pastry
80 g soft dried apricots
80 g almond flour
80 g praline chocolate (pralinoise)
80 g dark chocolate
1 egg white
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Zest of 1 orange, finely grated
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Peanut oil (for frying)
Directions:
Prepare the Filling:
- Finely chop the dried apricots, praline chocolate, and dark chocolate in a food processor.
- Add the grated orange zest, almond flour, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Cigars:
- Lay a sheet of brik pastry flat on your work surface. Place a portion of the filling in a line along one edge of the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly, folding in the sides as you go to seal the filling inside. Repeat with the remaining sheets and filling.
- Brush each rolled cigar with beaten egg white to seal the edges.
Fry the Cigars:
- Heat a thin layer of peanut oil in a wok or sauté pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cigars in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve and Garnish:
