Ingredients:
- 🍋 3/4 cup (200 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 🌱 5 sprigs fresh thyme
- 🍬 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
- 🍶 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) water
Directions:
🍬 Prepare the syrup:
- Heat 🍶 water with 🍬 sugar and 🌱 thyme sprigs in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, then strain to remove the thyme. Let the syrup cool.
🍋 Add the lemon juice:
- Combine the cooled syrup with 🍋 fresh lemon juice. Mix well.
🍧 Churn the sorbet:
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until light and fluffy.
