  • 🍫 1 large tub of chocolate dessert cream (e.g., pudding or similar)
  • 🌰 50 g hazelnuts

For the Chocolate Sauce:

  • 🍬 50 g sugar
  • 💧 12 cl water
  • 🍫 60 g dark chocolate

📋 Directions:

  1. 🔥 Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 212°F (100°C).
  2. 🥚 Make the Meringues:
    • Whisk the egg whites until they start to form soft peaks.
    • Gradually add the sugar in three additions while continuing to beat until the meringue is firm and glossy.
  3. 🧁 Shape the Meringues:
    • Spoon or pipe small mounds of meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Use the back of a spoon to create a small well in the center of each mound.
  4. 🔥 Bake:
    • Bake the meringues for 1 hour. Let them cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
  5. 🍫 Prepare the Chocolate Sauce:
    • In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
