  1. ๐Ÿ“ Prepare the Fruits: Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Peel the rhubarb and cut it into chunks.
  2. ๐Ÿงˆ Cook the Fruits: In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat until it begins to foam. Add the rhubarb and strawberries to the pot.
  3. ๐Ÿฌ Add Sugar: Sprinkle the brown sugar over the fruits, pour in 10 cl of water, and cover the pot.
  4. ๐Ÿฒ Simmer: Cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruits are soft and combined into a compote-like texture.
  5. โ„๏ธ Cool and Serve: Let the compote cool to room temperature or refrigerate before serving. Enjoy it cold or slightly warm.
