๐ Directions:

- ๐ง Cook the Fruits: In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat until it begins to foam. Add the rhubarb and strawberries to the pot.
- ๐ฌ Add Sugar: Sprinkle the brown sugar over the fruits, pour in 10 cl of water, and cover the pot.
- ๐ฒ Simmer: Cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruits are soft and combined into a compote-like texture.
- โ๏ธ Cool and Serve: Let the compote cool to room temperature or refrigerate before serving. Enjoy it cold or slightly warm.
