  • 🧀 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 🌰 4 tablespoons praline
  • 🍪 4 ladyfinger cookies, crumbled
  • 🍯 2 tablespoons caramel sauce

📋 Directions:

  1. 🥚 Prepare the Cream: In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy. Add the mascarpone and continue whisking until smooth.
  2. 🌰 Mix the Praline: In a separate bowl, crumble the ladyfinger cookies. Add the praline and mix well.
  3. 🍮 Assemble the Verrines: Divide the mascarpone cream and praline biscuit mixture into 4 verrines, layering them alternately. Start with a layer of mascarpone cream, followed by a layer of praline biscuit mixture, and repeat.
  4. ❄️ Chill: Refrigerate the verrines until ready to serve.
  5. 🍯 Serve: Just before serving, drizzle each verrine with a thin stream of caramel sauce. Serve very cold.
