- ๐ด 6 passion fruits
- ๐ Juice of 1 lemon
- ๐ฌ 80 g granulated sugar
- ๐ง 10 cl passion fruit juice
- ๐ฅญ 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
- ๐ฟ A few mint leaves for garnish
๐ Directions:
- ๐ Cook the Apples: In a saucepan, combine the apple quarters, 2 tablespoons of water, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- ๐ด Add Passion Fruit: Scoop out the pulp from the passion fruits and add it to the apple mixture along with the passion fruit juice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- ๐ Blend and Cool: Pass the mixture through a food mill or blend it until smooth. Allow the compote to cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- ๐ฅญ Prepare the Mangoes: Peel the mangoes and cut them into small cubes.
- โ๏ธ Serve: Divide the chilled compote into serving bowls. Top each with mango cubes in the center and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve well-chilled.
